“Manual Osteopathy, what is that?”
It is a holistic practice that focuses on finding the root cause of dysfunction, by treating the source, your
recovery is quicker, long lasting, and function can return with ease.
“But what do you DO?”
This gentle treatment style promotes structural realignment, by using joint play, stretches, soft tissue release, and retraining of the nervous system.
“Then what?”
At the end of session, we will practice simple home care stretches and exercises to be done between treatments that speed your recovery, reverse poor postural habits, and allow you to increase pain free movements.
“What makes you different?”
Manual Osteopathic treatment has many goals, the most important is that we help you heal yourself. We do this by reducing stress, releasing tight areas (adhesions), supporting your body’s multiple systems, physically realigning, and allowing the proper flow of body fluids. Nutrients in and toxins out of an area allows the tissues to repair.
