Types of Massage we offer
- Therapeutic massage – any type of massage modality that helps to relieve pain, reduce stress, or work
on a specific problem. - Sports massage – a targeted treatment approach to help improve minor and chronic injuries, help
improve athletic performance and prevent injury. It also helps to boost recovery in athletes.
Deep tissue massage – used to treat musculoskeletal issues and break up scar tissue from chronic injury
or overuse. - Cupping – manual therapy involving silicone or glass cups placed on the body creating a vacuum to apply
negative pressure. Helps in loosening up deep fascial layers and increase blood flow. Used in correlation
with massage therapy.
